Beyond visual design

Good UI attracts attention. Good UX makes the product work.

UI/UX design connects customer expectations, business goals, technical constraints and measurable product outcomes. We examine how users discover, understand, complete and return to important tasks—not only how the screens look.

Customer Needs

What users expect, understand and need to accomplish.

Business Goals

The behaviours and outcomes the product must support.

Usability

How easily users can complete important tasks.

Technical Reality

What can be implemented and maintained effectively.

UX capabilities

Understand the problem before redesigning the interface.

Business & Product Discovery

Clarify business objectives, users, workflows, constraints, success measures and product priorities.

Competitor Analysis

Evaluate competing experiences, market patterns, feature expectations and opportunities for meaningful differentiation.

Usability Analysis

Review navigation, workflows, terminology, feedback, accessibility and friction across important user journeys.

User Journeys & Task Flows

Map how different users move from entry point to successful task completion.

Information Architecture

Organise content, navigation, features and relationships so the product is easier to understand.

Wireframes & Prototypes

Test structure and interaction concepts before investing in detailed visual design and development.

UI & Design Systems

Create consistent components, patterns, states and responsive rules for scalable product delivery.

UX Validation

Review prototypes and implemented experiences through expert evaluation, stakeholder feedback and user testing where included.

Design for business impact

Make important customer actions easier to complete.

UX improvements can reduce confusion, unnecessary steps and support friction while helping more users reach valuable product outcomes.

Improved onboarding clarity

A potential outcome when improvements are implemented and measured.

Better mobile usability

Improved product adoption opportunities

Stronger alignment between product and business teams

A potential outcome when improvements are implemented and measured.

UX design does not guarantee a specific revenue or ROI result. Business impact depends on implementation quality, product demand, traffic, pricing, operations and measurement. Where baseline data is available, we define measurable UX hypotheses and compare outcomes after implementation.

Usability analysis

Find the friction before adding more features.

We review important customer journeys, interface patterns and product behaviour to identify where users may become confused, delayed or unable to complete a task.

Competitor & market analysis

Understand familiar patterns—and where to differentiate.

Competitor analysis helps identify customer expectations, common workflow patterns, feature gaps and positioning opportunities. We use competitors as research inputs, not as designs to copy.

Interface design

A visual system designed for clarity and consistency.

Once the structure and key journeys are understood, we design responsive interfaces, reusable components and interaction states that support both users and developers.

Frequently asked questions

UI/UX questions, answered clearly.

What is the difference between UI and UX?

UX considers user needs, journeys, structure and task completion. UI focuses on the visual and interactive presentation of those experiences. Strong product design requires both disciplines to work together.

Can you review an existing product?

Yes. We can review selected workflows, navigation, consistency, responsiveness and usability risks before recommending targeted improvements or a broader redesign.

Do you conduct user research?

User interviews, usability testing and other research methods can be included when participants, access, schedule and budget are available. We do not describe an expert review as user research.

Can you guarantee ROI or revenue growth?

No. We define design hypotheses around measurable behaviours where data is available, but business results depend on product demand, implementation, traffic, pricing, operations and other factors.

Do you work with developers?

Yes. We provide organised design files, component behaviour, responsive states and supporting documentation, and can collaborate with the development team during implementation.

Can GlobeSoft also develop the product?

Yes. UI/UX design and development can be commissioned together or separately. Development scope, architecture and delivery milestones are defined independently.

What is included in the free UX overview?

The overview covers one selected experience at a high level and identifies visible usability concerns and possible next steps. It is not a complete research or compliance audit.

How long does a UI/UX project take?

A focused workflow review may take days, while a full SaaS product, portal or design system can require multiple phases. The schedule is confirmed after scope, screen count, workflows and research requirements are understood.
